Adding a sender to the white list
The white list, also referred toas the “positive list”, is a list of senders who are considered trustworthy and they are not filtered out by the recipient’s spam filter. In this way, it is possible to avoid incorrectly classifying the sender’s email as spam or deleting it automatically.

Step 1
Enter the email address rechnung@tbs-online.de in your search window and click on the icon on the far right.
Step 2
On the menu that then opens, click on “Create filter”.
Step 3
Then select “Never treat as spam” and press “Create filter”. This configures and activates the filter exception for Gmail.
