- Hot Start setting (0 to 100%) facilitates ignition depending on the metal
- Arc Force setting (0 bis 100%): stabilises the arc by correcting the voltage if the electrode’s distance to the weld metal changes
- Anti-Sticking: reduces the risk of the electrode sticking in contact with the workpiece
