Right of return
At TBS, you can make purchases with no risk.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. This applies to unused, undamaged parts in their original packaging, with adequate outer packaging and the delivery note or a copy of the invoice included. Refunds cannot be given for parts that are built-in, incomplete or those that have been damaged on return due to defective packaging. We will even be happy to pick up returns from your premises free of charge in this period (except goods delivered by carrier). |

- The pick-up is arranged by us, so you save time and money.
- Freight returns are subject to a EUR 40.00 charge, which we pass on to you.
- We cannot take back goods that you have sent back yourself, or that are not registered.
