Powerbond LOS 305

• General-purpose two-component adhesive based on methacrylic acid ester
• Excellent adhesion to wide range of plastics, composites and metals, e.g. vinyl, polycarbonate, aluminium, stainless steel, ABS, acrylic, polyester, etc.
• Contents: 50 ml

• Mixed - colour / density (g/cm³) / viscosity Pas (25°C) / flash point (°C) / mixing ratio: light yellow / 0.97 / approx. 160 / 11 / 1:1
• Processing time: 4 - 6 minutes
• Curing: 12-15 minutes
• Working temperature: optimal +18°C to +25°C
• Gap filling capacity: 1 mm - 4 mm
• Shear strength: 20-25 N/mm²
• Tensile strain: 10-20 %
• Shelf life: 9 months when stored between 12°-23°C. Longer storage at over 25°C reduces the shelf life.
