There are strict regulations for the transport of dangerous goods. Currently, hazardous goods can only be delivered within Germany.
In the case of products that contain small quantities of hazardous substances (LQ/lithium batteries), it is possible to ship such products abroad in order to enjoy the simplification of transport, however separate regulations apply. In certain European countries, national restrictions or, in the associated special areas, e.g. on islands, different restrictions apply to the transport of goods. For example, due to their location, goods are transported into these countries (such as Malta, Sweden, Finland), which precludes the transport of hazardous substances (LQ).
Here you have an overview of the countries in question (EU member states and non-EU member states) and the associated special areas, to which for these, in part, different delivery conditions apply.
With the exception of Switzerland, it is generally possible to deliver products that contain small quantities of hazardous substances (LQ/lithium batteries) within the European Union. However, the following EU countries are excluded:
